What does Local Only mean?

Can online AI see my video?
No. Optional online AI is limited to text and basic project details you agree to share. It does not receive your recordings, video frames or audio.
What is included in error reports?
Error reports describe what went wrong without including your video, audio, file names, project titles, written speech, images or AI messages.
What happens when I create an account?
Supabase manages your Motionlark account. When you choose Google sign-in, Google shares your name, email address, profile picture and account identifier with Supabase to create or find your account. We use this information for sign-in and account support, not advertising. We don’t request access to your Gmail, Drive or other Google content. Where email sign-in is available, we use your email address to send a sign-in code. Signing up does not subscribe you to marketing emails.
What happens when I pay?
When checkout is available, Stripe handles your payment details. Motionlark stores account and subscription identifiers, the plan, payment status and billing dates. We don’t store your full card number. You can manage renewal and payment details through your account.
Does this website use cookies?
Signing in uses an encrypted, secure session cookie so you can access your account. It expires after seven days, or is removed when you sign out. Google sign-in also uses a temporary security cookie that lasts up to ten minutes and is cleared when you return from Google. We don’t use analytics or advertising cookies on this website. Netlify and our account providers process connection information to operate the service and prevent abuse. Google and Stripe may use their own cookies on their sign-in or payment pages.
Are my videos stored with my account?
No. This website has no video-upload feature. Your account holds subscription information, not your source footage, projects or transcripts.
How can I ask about my account data?
Contact hello@sharononyinye.com to request access, a correction or deletion. We keep account information while your account is active; legal, billing or security obligations may require retaining some records after closure. You can also remove Motionlark’s Google connection in your Google Account settings. Removing that connection does not itself delete your Motionlark account.
